 Our shipping charges are as follows:

• £10.50 on ALL Orders below £150
• Postage and Packing charges shown are for UK Mainland only(Excludes selected Scottish postcodes). All other destinations will be charged accordingly, the customer will always be notified of the change in postage charge and the order will only be despatched after the customer has confirmed that they are happy to accept the extra charge.

Returns Policy

At mickberrillmc.co.uk, we hope you will always be happy with your purchases from us. However we know that occasionally you may wish to return items to us and our returns policy allows you to do this.

Our returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 14 days of delivery to you, and we will issue a refund for the price you paid for the item less the cost of post & packaging.  Unwanted items will be subject to a handling charge of £5.00, EXCEPT items for exchange.  We are unable to provide a refund if the item is not in a resaleable condition.

Defective items: Products which are faulty or defective should be returned within 14 days of delivery to you and a replacement product will be offered. If this not practical or acceptable then you will be given a refund in accordance with your statutory rights as a consumer.

Unwanted items: Will be subject to a handling charge of £5.00, EXCEPT items for EXCHANGE.

To return an item: If you want to return any products to us, please contact us on 01604 636760/633624 immediately. Please return goods in unused clean condition in original packaging unless otherwise agreed within 14 days of receipt. All returned goods should be sent by Recorded Delivery or a similar secure service. Please include your name, address and invoice number in the package and reason for return. For further information please email us at michael@mickberrillmc.co.uk quoting your order number with a brief note giving reason for return.  Unwanted items will be subject to a handling charge of £5, except items for exchange.

When returning items, please wrap the package securely.

Complaints

However, if you do experience any problems you can report these to us. We aim to respond to emails within 2 working days at which time we will advise you about how your complaint will be dealt with. We will keep you informed by email of the outcome of the complaint.

All colours are illustrated as close as possible to the actual item. The prices are correct at the time of posting. Due to circumstances beyond our control these can alter. All prices include UK VAT at the prevailing rate. E&OE. You will be charged in Pounds Sterling.
